About The Position

Ascension Sacred Heart Bay is seeking a Rehabilitation Services Manager to join their team in Panama City, FL. This full-time, day shift position will be responsible for developing departmental goals, assessing patient care quality, managing staff, and overseeing departmental budgets and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Audiologist credentialed from the Florida Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date OR Audiologist credentialed from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date OR Licensed Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) credentialed from the Florida Board of Physical Therapy Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date OR Rehab Therapist specializing in Occupational Therapy (OTR) credentialed from the Florida Board of Occupational Therapy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date OR Speech-Language Pathologist credentialed from the Florida Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
Assess quality of patient care and coordinate services with patients and healthcare providers.
Manage staff relations and oversee scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.
Oversee departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations.
