Requirements

• Current California PT, OT, or ST license.
• Bachelors degree required
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience in acute care setting.
• Prior supervisory experience required.

Nice To Haves

• masters degree in business of health related field preferred.
• Prior budget, project management, program planning and development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages Rehabilitation Services department including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy for in and out-patients at El Camino Hospital locations in Mountain View and Los Gatos.
• Provides effective leadership and works closely with department staff and managers of other departments.
• Responsible for achieving the Department mission, goals and objectives.
• Provides responsible resource/fiscal management and continuous performance improvement.
• Responsible for program planning and development, equipment and facilities planning, budget preparation, regulatory compliance, and equipment maintenance.
• The manager is responsible for staff recruitment, retention, development, training and performance management.
