Rehabilitation Facility Manager Physical Therapy Assistant- (PTA)
About The Position
Absolute Rehabilitation and Consulting provides patient-centered rehabilitation services with a focus on quality care, strong clinical outcomes, and team collaboration. We’re looking for a Rehabilitation Manager to lead therapy services at the facility and ensure both patient care and team performance stay at a high level. As a Full Time Rehabilitation Manager, you will oversee daily operations of the therapy department, including Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy services. You will supervise, support, and mentor therapy staff to ensure high-quality patient care, and coordinate with facility leadership and nursing staff to align therapy services with patient needs. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with all regulatory, documentation, and billing requirements, manage caseloads, scheduling, and staffing to maintain efficiency and coverage, and monitor patient outcomes and adjust departmental processes as needed. You will also assist with patient care when needed to support the team and maintain workflow.
Requirements
- Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) certification/license
- Experience in a rehabilitation facility
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of regulatory, documentation, and billing requirements
