As a Rehabilitation Assistant with Tri-Cities Home Health in Port Moody, B.C., you’ll work closely with Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to deliver client-centered care in home and community settings. In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting rehabilitation by implementing treatment plans, monitoring client progress, and helping adapt care to meet each individual’s evolving needs.
