This is a remote, semester-long internship opportunity for an Insurance Intern. The intern will conduct outbound calls to Medicare-eligible individuals to prequalify and schedule appointments with licensed agents. Responsibilities include managing and organizing incoming leads, assisting agents with databases and calendars, and participating in mentorship with a licensed Medicare agent. The role also involves supporting additional administrative and outreach projects. Performance is compensated based on outreach activity and successful engagement outcomes. The company provides a laptop, soft phone, and headset. Interns are expected to maintain a positive attitude, accuracy in lead tracking, professionalism, and compliance with HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and internal policies.
