About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Aide to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will work in both inpatient and outpatient settings, primarily focusing on pediatric patients. This role offers the opportunity to assist in providing high-quality care in a supportive and professional environment.

Requirements

• Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with patients and families.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
• Basic understanding of rehabilitation practices and techniques.
• Professional attire is required while on duty.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred, particularly with pediatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of therapy programs for both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation patients.
• Support physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other rehabilitation staff as needed.
• Maintain appropriate documentation as required by the outpatient and inpatient care standards.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment, including the preparation and maintenance of rehabilitation equipment.
• Provide support and encouragement to patients during therapy sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervising therapist.
