About The Position

Glen Cove Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Rehab Transporter. The position supports the rehabilitation department by organizing and maintaining rehab equipment, handling items according to operating procedures, and escorting or transporting patients to and from rehabilitation within the facility. Duties may also include using Microsoft Office, faxing, filing, and organizing paperwork and charts. The role requires multitasking and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift, move, and maneuver necessary supplies and equipment.
