About The Position
HealthPro Heritage is hiring a full-time Rehab Technician for an outpatient center in Seminole, Florida. The role supports licensed therapists and residents with therapy preparation and treatment, transportation, documentation, equipment inventory, and departmental and facility activities. The position is part of a therapist-led organization providing clinical services in multiple care settings and emphasizes compassionate care, professionalism, and quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and follow the directions of licensed professionals.
Nice To Haves
- Some experience preferred in the care and treatment of residents in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist with transporting residents to and from therapy.
- Assist residents in preparation for treatment.
- Assist therapists with resident evaluations, as instructed.
- Assist licensed therapists with treatment programs designed for each resident, as instructed.
- Maintain departmental records as directed.
- Maintain inventories and order equipment, as required.
- Attend meetings and in-service sessions, as directed.
- Adhere to facility policies and procedures and participate in facility quality improvement and safety programs.
- Support the Company’s commitment to Compassionate Care and project a professional image to foster confidence in the Rehab Program.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
