About The Position
HealthPro Heritage is hiring a full-time Rehab Technician for an outpatient center in Seminole, Florida. The position supports residents and licensed therapists with therapy preparation and treatment activities, recordkeeping, equipment inventory, and departmental operations. The pay range is $16–$19 per hour, depending on experience. Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and follow the directions of licensed professionals.
Nice To Haves
- Some experience in the care and treatment of residents in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with transporting residents to and from therapy.
- Assist residents in preparation for treatment.
- Assist therapists with resident evaluations, as instructed.
- Assist licensed therapists with treatment programs designed for each resident, as instructed.
- Maintain departmental records as directed.
- Maintain inventories and order equipment, as required.
- Attend meetings and in-service sessions, as directed.
- Adhere to facility policies and procedures and participate in facility quality improvement and safety programs.
- Support the Company’s commitment to Compassionate Care and project a professional image to foster confidence in the Rehab Program.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
