About The Position

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a part-time Rehab Technician to join its rehabilitation team at Siena Lakes in Naples, Florida. The position supports residents in a long-term care setting by helping them maintain mobility, function, and independence. The schedule is five days per week, 4–5 hours per day, with pay of $15–$18 per hour based on experience. The technician works under the direction of licensed professionals and supports therapists with resident preparation, evaluations, treatment programs, and departmental operations.

Requirements

Minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and follow the directions of licensed professionals.

Nice To Haves

Some experience preferred in the care and treatment of residents in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

Assist with transporting residents to and from therapy.
Assist residents in preparation for treatment.
Assist therapists with resident evaluations, as instructed.
Assist licensed therapists with treatment programs designed for each resident, as instructed.
Maintain departmental records as directed.
Maintain inventories and order equipment as required.
Attend meetings and in-service sessions as directed.
Adhere to facility policies and procedures and participate in facility quality improvement and safety programs.
Support the company’s commitment to Compassionate Care and project a professional image to foster confidence in the Rehab Program.
Perform other duties as assigned.
