About The Position
Baptist Health is currently hiring a Rehab Technician to our Outpatient Rehab Team with in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time opportunity at the Baptist Clay outpatient clinic in the Fleming Island community of Jacksonville. We are currently looking for an adult Rehab Tech to support our rehabilitation services team in an outpatient setting. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech language pathologists in delivering high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- High school diploma (or higher) Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Required
Nice To Haves
- 1 or more year(s) Outpatient Rehab Technician experience strongly preferred
- Patient care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Direct patient care.
- Transporting patient to/from treatments.
- Assisting PT/OT/ST with patient treatments.
- Clerical duties and maintenance.
- Cleaning and sanitation of work area.
