About The Position

Bradenton Rehabilitation Hospital is opening in March 2026 and will include 60 private patient rooms and two rehabilitation therapy gyms with cutting-edge technology. Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, Physical Therapy Assistant, or Occupational Therapy Assistant, the Rehab Tech performs delegated functions as a member of the rehabilitation team by providing multi-skilled services. The role contributes to the successful operation of the work area and follows applicable regulatory and company standards, policies, and procedures. Pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross; online certification is not acceptable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet strict time frames.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.

Nice To Haves

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience.
