About The Position
Valir Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, is hiring a part-time Rehab Tech / Rehab Aide for its outpatient clinic in Piedmont, Oklahoma. In a clinician-led, patient-focused environment, the Rehab Tech supports patients, therapists, and clinic operations, helping therapy services run smoothly for patients with a variety of rehabilitation needs. The role offers hands-on clinical experience and the opportunity to work alongside licensed therapists.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to assist patients and move equipment as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a healthcare or customer service role, including administrative or clinical experience.
- CPR certification.
- Currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in a PT, PTA, or ATC program.
Responsibilities
- Assist therapists during treatment sessions to support patient safety.
- Prepare therapy areas and sanitize equipment.
- Encourage patients during exercises and therapy tasks.
- Perform administrative duties, including scheduling, check-ins, and documentation.
- Monitor therapy supplies and assist with clinic operations.
- Move patients and equipment as needed.
