About The Position

SORVA, part of the H2 Health family, is seeking a full-time Rehab Tech / Rehab Aide for its outpatient clinic in Roanoke, Virginia. The role is suited to candidates interested in pursuing PT or PTA school who want hands-on experience in a dynamic outpatient setting. The Rehab Tech works alongside experienced clinicians, supports patient care, and helps maintain clinic operations in a compassionate, patient-first environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to assist patients and move equipment as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a healthcare or customer service role, including administrative or clinical experience.
• CPR certification.
• Plans to enroll in a PT, PTA, or ATC program.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists during treatment sessions to support patient safety.
• Prepare therapy areas and sanitize equipment.
• Encourage patients during exercises and therapy tasks.
• Perform administrative duties, including scheduling, check-ins, and documentation.
• Monitor therapy supplies and assist with clinic operations.
