About The Position
Valir Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, is hiring a Rehab Tech / Rehab Aide for its outpatient clinic in Piedmont, Oklahoma. In this clinician-led, patient-focused environment, the Rehab Tech supports patients, therapists, and clinic operations, working closely with licensed clinicians to help deliver a smooth and supportive therapy experience across a variety of rehabilitation needs. The role offers hands-on clinical experience and an opportunity to work alongside licensed therapists.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to assist patients and move equipment as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a healthcare or customer service role, administrative or clinical, is preferred.
- CPR certification is a plus.
- Currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in a PT, PTA, or ATC program is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist therapists during treatment sessions to support patient safety.
- Prepare therapy areas and sanitize equipment.
- Encourage patients during exercises and therapy tasks.
- Perform administrative duties, including scheduling, check-ins, and documentation.
- Monitor therapy supplies and assist with clinic operations.
- Assist patients and move patients and equipment as needed.
