Requirements

Responsibilities

- Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding health management and care options.
- Document resident care accurately and in a timely manner to ensure continuity of care.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
