About The Position

Key Rehab is looking for a full-time Rehab Coordinator- OTA or PTA to join our team in providing excellent care in the Falls City, NE area in a SNF setting. This position is instrumental in minimizing administrative burden and providing support to allow clinicians’ to deliver therapy services. This position also coordinates staffing and daily scheduling to meet key performance indicators and expectations under the direction of a Regional Supervisor.

Requirements

Completion of an accredited PTA or OTA program.
Current PTA or OTA license to practice in the state(s) assigned.
CPR, as required by community.
Valid driver license and car insurance as required by state law.
Other items as required by federal, state and local standards.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Geriatric Population: Prior experience working with elderly patients, demonstrating an understanding of their unique needs.
Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations: Familiarity with current Medicare billing practices and guidelines.

Responsibilities

Serving as the liaison between Key Rehab and community staff.
Minimizing administrative burden and providing support to allow clinicians to deliver therapy services.
Coordinating staffing and daily scheduling to meet key performance indicators and expectations under the direction of a Regional Supervisor.
Providing therapy under their disciplinary scope of practice (OTA or PTA).
