About The Position
Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Erie is seeking compassionate and skilled Rehab Nursing Technicians (Nurse Aide) to fill various positions including 8-week short-term contract roles, and full-time, part-time, baylor/weekend, and per diem positions. The role involves providing compassionate, personalized care, assisting RNs in guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey, utilizing cutting-edge technology, and collaborating within a supportive team to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Requirements
- CPR certification required.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist nurses with patients and treatments as needed, including helping patients with daily personal activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Prepare and transport patients and communicate patient concerns to nurses.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.
