About The Position

The Clinical Rehab Liaison cultivates referral relationships, manages an assigned geographic territory, and completes patient assessments to support growth through patient referrals. The role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with prospective patients, family members, physicians, ICU and floor nurses, discharge planners, case managers, payer representatives, and other stakeholders. The liaison also helps streamline referrals and admissions, educates the community and referral sources about hospital programs and services, and identifies business opportunities through market analysis.

Requirements

• Current driver's license in the state where employed and an acceptable driving record according to company policy.
• Current state professional clinical licensure.
• CPR certification.
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare operations, legal frameworks, market trends, and competitive analysis.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Two or more years of clinical or healthcare tech experience.
• One or more years in a nurse liaison role or successful healthcare sales.
• CRRN certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop business census based on strategic goals.
• Cultivate strong relationships within an assigned territory, prioritizing face-to-face connections.
• Aid in streamlining the referral-to-admission process.
• Educate the community, referral sources, and physicians on hospital programs and services.
• Utilize market analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Respond to and overcome admission barriers and follow up on admission variables.
• Conduct in-services and professional presentations to various groups about services and outcomes.
• Complete patient assessments.
