About The Position

Lead the rehabilitation team at Bristol Glen, a continuing care community in Newton, NJ, serving residents from independent living through skilled nursing. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech-language pathology program
• Current, active Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist license in New Jersey
• 3 to 5 years of related clinical or leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the rehabilitation department and own outcomes for resident care
• Coach, mentor, and develop your team of PT, OT, and speech therapy staff
• Manage staffing levels, caseloads, and daily department operations
• Partner with the nursing and clinical teams on resident care plans
• Build training that keeps your team's clinical skills sharp and current
• Track outcomes and lead quality improvement projects
• Manage the department's budget, equipment, and regulatory compliance
