About The Position

Blue Stone Therapy is expanding into the Milwaukee area with a new skilled nursing partnership in Muskego, WI, and we're looking for a Rehab Director to help build and lead our therapy team. This is a hands-on clinical leadership role for a PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA who enjoys patient care and is ready to take on additional responsibility supporting the day-to-day success of a therapy program. As we grow into a new market, you'll have the opportunity to help establish the therapy program from the ground up - building the team, developing strong facility relationships, and creating a collaborative culture while remaining actively involved in patient care.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Physical Therapy Assistant, or Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • Current therapy license (PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA) or eligibility for licensure in Wisconsin
  • Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience in a therapy services role

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care while supporting the day-to-day operations of the therapy department
  • Serve as an onsite resource and point of contact for therapy staff and facility leadership
  • Support therapy scheduling, caseload management, productivity, and staffing needs
  • Help create a positive, collaborative team environment focused on quality patient care
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with facility leadership and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Support clinical quality, documentation, regulatory compliance, and therapy program expectations
  • Identify day-to-day operational needs and partner with regional leadership for support and solutions
  • Help onboard, support, and develop therapy team members
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the new therapy program while maintaining an active clinical caseload
