About The Position

Are you a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) looking for an opportunity to grow into a leadership role? Join our team as a Full-Time Rehab Director in Sylvania, Ohio, where you'll lead a dedicated therapy department in a post-acute rehabilitation setting focused on exceptional patient outcomes. Requirements

• Current Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Passion for delivering high-quality rehabilitation services.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus, but we welcome clinicians ready to take the next step.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the rehabilitation department.
• Supervise, coach, and support a team of therapy professionals.
• Coordinate therapy services to provide outstanding patient care.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and company regulations.
• Collaborate with facility leadership, nursing staff, physicians, and families.
• Manage scheduling, productivity, and clinical quality initiatives.
• Promote a positive, patient-centered culture.
