Join our team as a Full-Time Rehab Director in Sylvania, Ohio, where you'll lead a dedicated therapy department in a post-acute rehabilitation setting focused on exceptional patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Current Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Passion for delivering high-quality rehabilitation services.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus, but we welcome clinicians ready to take the next step.
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the rehabilitation department.
- Supervise, coach, and support a team of therapy professionals.
- Coordinate therapy services to provide outstanding patient care.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and company regulations.
- Collaborate with facility leadership, nursing staff, physicians, and families.
- Manage scheduling, productivity, and clinical quality initiatives.
- Promote a positive, patient-centered culture.
