Requirements
- Current Missouri license as a PT, PTA, OTR, or OTA
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred
- Leadership experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the rehabilitation department
- Supervise, mentor, and support the therapy team
- Partner with nursing and facility leadership to deliver outstanding resident care
- Manage scheduling, staffing, productivity, and department performance
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory guidelines
- Promote quality outcomes and excellent customer service
