Requirements

Current Missouri Occupational Therapist (OT) license
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for providing exceptional patient care
New graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat adults in a post-acute/skilled nursing rehabilitation setting
Develop individualized treatment plans that improve functional independence
Train patients in activities of daily living (ADLs), adaptive equipment, and safety techniques
Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, nursing staff, physicians, and families
Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation
Help patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes
