About The Position
Concept Rehab is seeking a full-time Rehab Director to lead their therapy team in Shelbina, Missouri. This role is for a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapist (OTR), or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) who is ready for a leadership opportunity. The position involves combining clinical expertise with leadership to make a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults in a skilled nursing setting. Concept Rehab has been therapist-owned and operated for over 40 years, supporting clinicians with tools, mentorship, and opportunities for success.
Requirements
- Current Missouri license as a PT, PTA, OTR, or OTA
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for developing teams and delivering exceptional patient care
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care
- Leadership or management experience
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary therapy team
- Manage daily therapy department operations
- Maintain productivity, scheduling, and staffing
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and facility leadership
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory guidelines
- Mentor therapists and promote clinical excellence
- Help drive positive patient outcomes and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate documentation and departmental performance standards
