About The Position

A full-time REHAB DIRECTOR / Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing Rehab Department located in Dover-Foxcroft, ME. This position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus!

Requirements

• Be a licensed Occupational Therapist or license eligible in the state where employed
• Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting

Nice To Haves

• The ideal candidate will have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and effective operations
• Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
• Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
• Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
• Provide therapy services as needed
