A full-time REHAB DIRECTOR / Occupational Therapist (OT / OTR) position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing Rehab Department located in Wilton, CT. Requirements

• Be a licensed occupational therapist or license eligible in the state where employed
• Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting

• Experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and effective operations
• Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
• Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
• Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
• Provide occupational therapy services as needed
