About The Position

Key Rehab is looking for a Full Time, Program Coordinator-OTA to join our team in a SNF setting. This position serves as the liaison between Key Rehab and community staff, aiming to minimize administrative burden and support clinicians in delivering therapy services. The role also involves coordinating staffing and daily scheduling to meet performance indicators under the direction of a Regional Supervisor.

Requirements

Completion of an accredited PTA or OTA program
Current PTA or OTA license to practice in the state(s) assigned
CPR, as required by community
Valid driver license and car insurance as required by state law
Other items as required by federal, state and local standards
