About The Position
Rehab Aide – Full-Time Autumn Lake at Bradford Oaks | Clinton, MD $15.00/hour | Full-Time | Benefits We are seeking a dependable and motivated Rehab Aide to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Bradford Oaks. This full-time position is a great opportunity to work alongside therapy professionals while helping support the daily needs of residents and the rehab department.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Dependable, organized, and able to work well as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assist with transporting residents and therapy equipment
Nice To Haves
- Previous healthcare or rehabilitation experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing therapy areas and equipment for daily treatment sessions
- Escort and transport residents to and from the rehabilitation department
- Clean and sanitize therapy equipment and treatment spaces
- Help organize supplies and maintain a safe, orderly therapy environment
- Provide non-clinical support to Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy staff
- Assist the rehabilitation team with general departmental tasks as needed
- Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff
