About The Position
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Rehab Aide to join the rehabilitation team at Post Acute Care Center at Autumn Lake. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work alongside therapy professionals while helping residents receive quality care in a supportive rehabilitation environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working as part of a team
- Ability to assist with resident transportation and therapy equipment
Nice To Haves
- Previous healthcare or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Prepare therapy areas and equipment for daily treatment sessions
- Assist with transporting residents to and from the rehabilitation department
- Clean and sanitize therapy equipment and treatment spaces
- Organize supplies and maintain a safe, orderly therapy environment
- Provide non-clinical support to Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy staff
- Assist with general departmental tasks as needed
- Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff
