Requirements

  • Experience supporting regulatory compliance activities within consumer products, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, or related industries.
  • Knowledge of product labeling, packaging compliance, and marketing claim review.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional reviews and approvals.
  • Strong document management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to assess regulatory risks and communicate recommendations effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting certification programs such as NSF, Non-GMO, Organic, Kosher, or Halal.
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers, packaging suppliers, or certification bodies.
  • Experience supporting commercialization or new product launch initiatives.
  • Experience participating in audits, inspections, or compliance programs.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations for dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, and consumer products.
  • Review and approve product labels, packaging materials, websites, advertisements, and promotional claims.
  • Conduct regulatory assessments for new products, reformulations, packaging updates, and product line extensions.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and communicate impacts to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage label and packaging review workflows across cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain document control and archival processes for labels, packaging specifications, and artwork files.
  • Support commercialization efforts by providing regulatory guidance during product development and launch activities.
  • Coordinate certification documentation, audits, renewals, and compliance-related inquiries.
