This position is responsible for performance of regulatory activities within the Board of Medicine. This position performs assignments that require independent judgment and initiative in carrying out assignments to completion. Tasks are performed under the supervision of the Deputy Executive Director. The role involves assisting with the coordination and finalization of agendas for Board and Committee meetings, scheduling meetings, and sending reminders. It also includes reviewing licensee agenda materials, preparing legal notices, and ensuring timely notifications. The position assists with preparing minutes, processing Final Orders, and preparing meeting materials. Additionally, the role serves as the Board of Medicine’s ‘Travel Champion’ and purchasing subject matter expert, providing training and suggestions for process improvement. The position also acts as a backup Administrator for the Board conference call line, processes regulatory public record requests, and prepares the yearly calendar for the Board of Medicine. It is also responsible for preparing desk guides and updates, and assists with processing certain license and registration renewals. Performs other duties as necessary or assigned.
