About The Position
Aspire Rural Health System is hiring a Regulatory Compliance Specialist. We’re looking for individuals with a positive attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering the highest quality of service to both our patients and employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Health Information Management, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare regulatory compliance, accreditation, quality improvement, risk management, or a related healthcare field preferred.
- Experience with DNV accreditation, CMS regulations, or other healthcare regulatory agencies preferred.
- Experience conducting audits, survey preparation, or compliance monitoring preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor regulatory compliance activities throughout Aspire Rural Health System.
- Support organizational readiness for accreditation and regulatory surveys by overseeing compliance with DNV, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and other applicable federal, state, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Plan and conduct internal regulatory audits.
- Assist departments with survey preparation.
- Analyze data and audits to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Prepare regulatory reports to leadership and applicable agencies.
