We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Regulatory Compliance Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our products meet all applicable regulatory requirements while supporting innovation and growth across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a food industry professional who enjoys working with product labeling, specifications, nutrition information, certifications, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Biology, Chemistry, Animal Science, or a related scientific field
  • 2–5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, Quality Assurance, Research & Development, Risk Management, or Auditing
  • Food and beverage industry experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update customer portals with accurate product and compliance information.
  • Create and manage Nutrition Facts Panels, ingredient statements, and product labeling using regulatory software systems.
  • Conduct label compliance reviews to ensure adherence to FDA and USDA regulations.
  • Develop, review, and maintain finished product specifications.
  • Support and manage specialized certifications including: Kosher, Organic, Gluten-Free, Vegan, Non-GMO, Bioengineered disclosures, and other customer and regulatory certifications.
  • Review ingredient and nutritional data to support new product development and ingredient substitutions.
  • Administer and maintain product labels within plant label printing systems.
  • Respond to regulatory inquiries and support internal and external compliance-related investigations.
  • Maintain ingredient and nutritional databases to support FSMA requirements and internal business needs.
  • Monitor changing food regulations and communicate relevant impacts to products and processes.
  • Support new product launches and product change management activities.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and collaborative team initiatives.
