About The Position

This is a drug and alcohol test-designated position. This position conducts investigations to develop evidence regarding alleged violations of the Michigan Public Health and Occupational Codes and/or rules. Investigations must be thorough and in accordance with legal rules of evidence and the Administrative Procedures Act. This position conducts inspections relating to potential violations of the Michigan Public Health and Occupational Codes. Duties also include testifying in the administrative hearing process regarding professional licensing and occupational code disciplinary actions.

Requirements

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.
• Two years of professional experience providing regulation and investigative services equivalent to a Regulation Agent 10.
• One year of professional experience providing regulation and investigative services equivalent to a Regulation Agent 9.
