About The Position

This position is for a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach EDU5287 - Emerging Technologies and Learning during the Fall 2026 semester. The course focuses on research, theory, and practice concerning the use of emerging technologies to facilitate learning, and the impact of new media on teaching and learning strategies, curriculum change, learner attitudes, motivation, and higher-order learning. The course is asynchronous and web-based.

Requirements

• PhD in education or a related field.
• Publications in the field of study within the last 5 years.
• Expertise in emerging technologies and learning.
• Experience in e-learning.

Responsibilities

• Teach Emerging Technologies and Learning (EDU5287, Section DA00) in Fall 2026.
• Facilitate learning using emerging technologies.
• Address the impact of new media on teaching and learning strategies, curriculum change, learner attitudes, motivation, and higher-order learning.
