About The Position

This posting is for a Regular Part-Time Professor position for the course SOC7502 A00, Migration et mobilité, during the Fall 2026 semester. The course will study the different forms of migration and mobility, and the social aspects that favor, orient, or hinder the migration or mobility of individuals and populations based on their gender, race/ethnicity, and social class. The position is limited to regular part-time professors. The academic year runs from September 1 to August 31. The listed rates do not include vacation pay nor statutory pay and will be applied until a new collective agreement is ratified, with retroactivity paid after ratification. Requirements

Hold a doctorate in sociology.
Possess a record demonstrating expertise in the field of migration and mobility.
Have taught an identical or similar master's level course.
Have experience teaching graduate studies in sociology.
