About The Position
The Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Ottawa is seeking a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach the course HSS1501M: Déterminants de la santé (Determinants of Health) during the 2027 Winter Semester. This introductory course in health sciences focuses on models and concepts of health and well-being, health problems, and diseases, examining biological, psychobehavioral, sociopolitical, and environmental determinants. The course is offered in a hybrid format, with instruction primarily in French.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Health Sciences or a related field.
- Experience teaching at the university level.
- Ability to teach in French.
- Passive competence in a second language.
