About The Position

This posting is for a new position as a Regular Part-Time Professor in the Faculty of Health Sciences, Interdisciplinary School of Health Sciences. The course is ENVIRON ET SANTÉ (HSS3703M), focusing on the analysis of environmental impacts such as pollution, climate change, and extreme temperatures on human health. It also covers the evaluation of emerging contaminants and human activity on health and well-being, including the underlying toxicology, exposure, body burden, mode of action of toxins, and the relationship between exposure and health issues. The course is taught online and synchronously on Fridays from 2:30 PM to 5:20 PM. The academic year runs from September 1 to August 31.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in environmental health, toxicology, biomedical sciences, or equivalent
  • University-level teaching experience
  • Knowledge in health research
  • Demonstrated training or research experience in environmental health, toxicology, or molecular biology
