About The Position

The Telfer School of Management is seeking a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach Governance, Risk and Compliance (ADX5111) during the Winter 2027 semester. This course covers corporate governance, management information for decision-making, hierarchical management control structures, awareness of mandatory and voluntary obligations, enterprise risk management (ERM), and corporate compliance with laws and regulations. It also delves into GRC programs and frameworks, including financial, operational, IT, and legal GRC areas. The position is limited to a Regular Part-Time Professor and will be delivered in person.

Requirements

• Must have an MBA or Master's degree (Ph.D. preferred) in a relevant discipline.
• Must have significant applied experience.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully lead classes taken by top executives.
• PC-based teaching experience is an asset.
