About The Position

This position is for a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach Anatomy I: Anatomy of the Musculoskeletal System (ASE5101, Section A) during the 2026 Fall Semester. The course focuses on musculoskeletal anatomy with an emphasis on student-centered, hands-on learning in a practical human anatomy laboratory setting, including cadaveric dissection. The course component includes both theory and laboratory.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Master's degree in the anatomical sciences or a related, relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in teaching with cadaveric donors in a human anatomy laboratory.
  • Demonstrated experience teaching in the context of cadaveric dissection at the graduate level.
  • An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Competence in a second language (passive).

Responsibilities

  • Teach Anatomy I: Anatomy of the Musculoskeletal System (ASE5101, Section A).
  • Emphasize student-centered, hands-on learning.
  • Facilitate practical learning in a human anatomy laboratory setting, including cadaveric dissection.
  • Deliver lectures on specified dates in October, November, and December.
