About The Position

This role is responsible for the registration of patient demographics, scanning all associated documents into patient charts, verifying insurance, and answering phones, including scheduling appointments. The position requires proficiency in operating systems and the ability to assist other offices with coverage issues when needed. The ideal candidate will be motivated, possess a pleasant and friendly demeanor, and be able to work independently. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting professionally with patients, physicians, and co-workers. The role involves multi-tasking in a busy environment and performing other assigned tasks. Additionally, the candidate must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and demonstrate outstanding organizational, verbal, and writing skills. Initiative, self-discipline, and a proven positive teamwork attitude are also required.
