About The Position

This role involves assisting with chick pulling, cleaning incubation equipment, delivering chicks to farms, and performing other general labor tasks within the hatchery. Specific duties include stacking, sanitation, and tray washing. The position requires adherence to all safety rules, especially when working with cleaners and disinfectants. Employees may be required to obtain a Moffett. The work environment can be hot, wet, and dusty, necessitating the use of hearing and eye protection. Flexibility to work holidays and weekends as scheduled is essential. All other tasks assigned by management will also be part of the responsibilities. This is an EOE, including disability/vets.
