About The Position

Requirements
- Familiarity with health insurance processes and regulations.
- Strong typing skills for efficient data entry.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation review.
- Ability to manage health information effectively while maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Epic is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Register patients, including collecting co-payments, coinsurance, personal and insurance information.
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for patients.
- Utilize typing skills for accurate data entry.
- Maintain health information management systems.
- Assist with inquiries related to insurance providers.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Address any discrepancies or issues related to patient records.
