About The Position

As a member of our Admissions team, you will be responsible for interacting with our guests at our Toll booths, Ticket Sales, Ticket Taking, or Guest Experience. Each role offers great experience, awesome incentives, and a schedule that is right for you. Enchanted Parks is home to 8 unique and exciting properties, so come join our world class team at Michigan's Adventure! At Michigan's Adventure and Wildwater Adventure you will find over 60 rides, slides, and attractions, including seven roller coasters and we want you to join us in being a part of our best day guest experience. As a member of our team, you will make guests happy by ensuring they have the best day possible and helping them build lifelong memories. You will also interact and work with people of all ages and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests entering and exiting the park.
• Interpret and analyze guests needs and provides solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Give concise directions when needed.
• Identify, scan, and verify authenticity of different types of admission passes and coupons upon receiving these products at the front gate.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned work area.
• Have the opportunity to gain experience in other departments within the park.
