About The Position

Main Line Health is hiring a Registration Scheduling Specialist at its Main Line Health Center - Concordville. As one of the first points of contact for new patients, the specialist collects and captures accurate patient data and provides excellent, empathetic customer service. The role also helps patients understand their financial responsibility and the services available to them. The specialist communicates with nursing staff, other departments, physician and medical offices, and the general public to provide outstanding service.

The schedule is 5 PM–9 PM, Monday through Friday, with rotating holidays from 8 AM–4 PM. The position offers up to 120 hours of paid time off per year, based on full- or part-time status, employee discounts, and free employee parking. Tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000 per year is available based on full- or part-time status.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of registration experience in a medical setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Knowledge of insurance and third-party reimbursement.
• High school diploma.
