About The Position

The Registration Coordinator, Credentials Advising is responsible for supporting the Registration Department’s general shared tasks such as responding to queries from applicants, the digital acceptance of transcripts, printing and packaging registration certificates, and receiving mail for scanning. They also support more specialized tasks such as the reconciliation of invoices and processing of the weekly non-contentious lists.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant previous experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including managing multiple competing priorities and adapting quickly to emerging priorities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in core office programs and organization-specific software.
  • Ability to apply privacy policy, records security, and document management protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Using established processes, triages emails and voicemails received through the Registration Reception and records data related to volume, when required.
  • Provides detailed, accurate, and relevant information in response to emails and voicemails and answers live calls received from pre-applicants, applicants and registrants through the Registration Reception.
  • Dashboard management, document acceptance, and data entry/clean up.
  • Delivers support for the production of wall certificates involving the receipt of orders; generation of registrant and trainee certificates; and appropriately packaging them for mailing.
  • Provides additional support for the uploading of e-transcripts and the scanning and uploading of mailed documents, including transcripts and degree confirmations, when required.
  • Provides additional support for the reconciliation of invoices linked to the issuance of rubber stamps to all new professional registrants.
  • Provides additional support for the generation and processing of the three weekly non-contentious lists.
  • Provides occasional coverage for office reception staff, when required.
  • Other duties as assigned by direct leader and, as appropriate, members of the departmental leadership team.
