This position is responsible for registering and pre-registering patients for services, obtaining necessary demographic, financial, and pre-certification/authorization information. The role serves as the first point of customer contact for general inquiries and builds business relationships with clients through prompt and accurate service. The Registration Clerk ensures excellent customer service by processing orders, communicating effectively, and resolving inquiries by coordinating with other departments. This role also involves preparing standard registration/admission forms, providing backup for other employees, and performing other requested duties.
