About The Position

The Registration/Checkout Clerk reports to the Clinic Manager and is responsible for overseeing the activities of the front office. This role involves engaging with customers, patients, guests, and coworkers in a positive and professional manner, communicating clearly and effectively with patients, clinic staff, and providers, and performing office and administrative duties efficiently. Key tasks include scheduling appointments, registering patients, collecting co-payments and deductibles, and verifying insurance eligibility.
